Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TellyBox Protect handles information when you use the TellyBox Protect VPN app and related service.
2. Account information
We may process information needed to operate your account, including your email address and account or session information.
3. Device registration and technical configuration
To provide the VPN service, we may process technical information including:
- An installation or device identifier
- A device registration record
- Your VPN public key
- An assigned VPN / tunnel IP address
Your client VPN private key is generated and stored on your device. It is not sent to or stored by the TellyBox Protect backend.
4. VPN traffic
When connected, your internet traffic is routed through the TellyBox Protect VPN server. TellyBox Protect does not intentionally inspect or store the content of your browsing activity or maintain a browsing-history record.
5. Operational and security logs
Limited operational or security information may be retained where reasonably necessary for service reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, rate limiting, diagnostics, or security. We do not describe the service as “zero logs”.
6. Infrastructure
TellyBox Protect uses IONOS infrastructure to host service components. Infrastructure providers may process technical data as necessary to provide hosting and network services.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect account and service information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, service security, support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and applicable legal obligations.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to the processing of your personal information. Contact us if you want to exercise a relevant right.
