Terms of Use

1. Using the service
TellyBox Protect provides a VPN service on a reasonable-efforts basis. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use TellyBox Protect for abuse, fraud, unauthorised access, attacks, spam, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activity.
4. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or third parties, including where we identify abuse, security risks, or serious breaches of these Terms.
5. Availability
We aim to keep TellyBox Protect available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or 100% uptime.
6. Third-party services and geo-restricted content
We do not guarantee that every website, app, streaming platform, banking service, or geo-restricted service will work through TellyBox Protect. Third-party services may apply their own location, VPN, security, or account rules.
7. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you use while connected.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TellyBox Protect is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party service restrictions, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or operational requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
